Smurfettes Cleaning Service was established in 2013 in the Mandurah area. We have steadily grown and have expanded in other areas, now servicing Mandurah, Rockingham, Baldivis and Perth. We offer a wide range of cleaning services for home and office buildings. From Regular to One off services in house cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, builders cleaning, strata cleaning, strip and seal floor cleaning.

We are Fully insured meaning we our covered for Public Liability and all cleaners are covered for Work Cover. Work Cover is extremely important in the event the cleaner injures themselves in your home or office . We have you Protected and one of many reasons our customers choose us.

Who supplies all the cleaning equipment and materials?
Smurfettes Cleaning Service provides all equipment from vacuums, mops, cleaning cloths and products.
Each home will have clean cloths and clean mop heads. Colour coding for cloths for different areas of the home.
We use non-toxic naturally derived products for your home.
We will rarely use bleach in your home as this is a carcinogenic.
We have invested in the latest equipment and products in order for us to provide quality cleans and assist in efficiency.
What are your Payment Terms?
Smurfettes Cleaning Service requires payments on the day of your service.
One - Off Services must be paid on the day via cash payment to the cleaner. Once payment has been received and confirmed by the cleaner a receipt will be emailed or mailed to the customer.
Regular Services must be paid on the day of service or as per agreement, via bank deposit and sent to you by email with our banking details.
What about pets in the home, keys, alarms?
Pets in the home - We ask that pets be put in a secured area while cleaning is in progress which will cause no harm to the pet or your cleaner and does not affect the quality of the clean. Our cleaners will not clean a home when the owner is not present and your pet is not in a secured area.
Keys - If you will not be home and have a regular cleaning service we ask that a spare key is allocated to your regular cleaner. Your keys are tagged immediately by the cleaner and does not hold any address details on them. If we loose your keys we will be liable for the replacement of that key.
Alarm systems - Pls notify our office of these details.
What about Cancellations and Re-scheduling?
Cancellations of our cleaning service require 48 hours notice, we ask this as it will allow us to fit in other bookings.
Re-scheduling your cleans we ask that 24 hours notice is given and your regular cleaner might not be available so we will allocate a substitute cleaner.
No Notice given - In the event that insufficient and no notice is given or do not have access for entry, we will charge a CALL OUT FEE of the amount of $70. This will cover time and travel for the cleaner and administration cost.
What is the process for complaints, feedback, suggestions and getting a replacement cleaner?
You need to contact us within 24 hours.
Complaints - This situation rarely happens and when it does you must contact us within 24 hours via email - Pls send as much details as you can and supply any photos. Our dispute resolution team will respond within 24hours.
Feedback/Suggestions - We love to hear how your cleaner is going for you home or any suggestions you may have.
Replacement Cleaner - Get in touch with our office or email us and we will replace your cleaner as soon as practicable.
